Terms and Conditions
Applicability
These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services and assignments provided by Studio Beam (hereafter “we / us / our”) to the client (“you / client / customer”), unless otherwise agreed in writing. By using our website or by commissioning our services, you accept these Terms.
Services & Quotes
Studio Beam delivers creative services including but not limited to: presentation & pitch decks, corporate brochures, annual reports, animated videos and motion graphics, visual brand identities, branded content, web- and graphic design, and photo/video production.
Projects are often tailor-made and may combine services from multiple categories. A detailed project scope will be agreed upon prior to the start of any assignment.
All quotes are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. An agreement is formed once the client approves the proposal in writing (e.g., via email or signed document). Studio Beam reserves the right to adjust or withdraw offers prior to confirmation.
Quotes remain valid for 30 days. After this period we reserve the right to revise or re-evaluate the offer.
Delivery & Timeline
Studio Beam aims to deliver work within the agreed timeframes. If timelines are exceeded due to circumstances beyond our control, we will inform the client and agree on a revised delivery plan. Delays do not entitle the client to cancel the project without compensation of hours worked.
Collaboration and Input
Clients are responsible for delivering necessary input and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing feedback may affect delivery timelines. Studio Beam is not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors or client-side partners.
Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, as defined in the project scope. Additional revisions may be charged separately. If the client rejects a final concept after multiple revision opportunities, Studio Beam retains the right to invoice the agreed project fee.
Cancellation
If a project is cancelled less than 6 weeks before the agreed start date, Studio Beam may charge up to 20% of the agreed fee. For cancellations during an active project, all completed work and hours will be invoiced.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in euros and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.
Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Invoices not paid on time may be subject to statutory interest and collection costs. Studio Beam may require a down payment for large or long-term projects.
Intellectual Property
All creative works remain the intellectual property of Studio Beam unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients receive a usage license for the agreed purpose (e.g., internal pitch, investor presentation, social media campaign). Reuse for other purposes requires written consent.
Credits and Visibility
Studio Beam retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and on its website unless otherwise agreed. We appreciate being credited where appropriate in publications or shared assets.
Liability
Studio Beam will perform all work to the best of its ability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for final outcomes that depend on third-party decisions (e.g., investor approvals). Our liability is limited to the total amount invoiced for the specific assignment.
Confidentiality

Governing Law
All agreements with Studio Beam are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
